Hi my name is Kim Kruysman and I am the founder of eMindfulWellness. I am a mom, Yoga teacher, RYT-500, RMT, a business woman and entrepreneur, writer and student of life. For over 20 years I have ran multiple businesses while juggling being a wife and mom. It's not easy and I hope to share and empower others with what I have learned on my journey that allowed me to follow my purpose and passions while maintaining balance in life. There have been ups and downs but my intermittent meditation and yoga practice, and the other habits I developed and practiced over the years helped me to maintain highly successful businesses while balancing my time with my family, social life, health and overall wellness. Some old habits, and some I picked up along the journey. I strive to be a little better every day which helps keep me on track with habits. In addition to practicing Yoga and meditation for over 25 years, I have been reading and absorbing books, videos and courses from inspirational and motivational speakers, authors and thought leaders. I love self improvement and I am here to share, “Expand the Good” and make the world a better place.
